Our Marketing team work to strengthen the branded customer experience, develop products and ensure the consistent use of the First Great Western brand across the franchise.

The Marketing strategy forms an integral part of the company’s commercial strategy, to meet the revenue and customer objectives. The team work in partnership with key First Great Western functions, in particular Commercial colleagues, Customer Services and Communications, as well as First Group TOCs.

The team is responsible for developing insight-driven customer propositions, driving measurable brand recognition to ensure passenger and revenue growth. Marketing also produce, deliver and develop ongoing improvement of operational publications, and customer publications, including all leaflets, posters and campaign collateral.
