Projects
It’s the role of our projects team to improve the delivery of projects throughout the business. We do this by establishing and developing a supportive culture of Project Management – one that not only empowers key colleagues but also involves people from all levels.
Specifically, we aim to recruit experienced project personnel who can fill roles such as Project Planners and Senior Project Managers. We continually work to strengthen our project culture by developing Project Sponsors and Project Managers.
We have an established a Programme Management Office (PMO), which provides support and challenge to the diverse community of people who are involved in all aspects of the First Great Western Project Charter.
