At our dedicated Revenue Protection department, we’re very much focused on customer service. First and foremost, we’re here to make sure the process of checking tickets and passes is fast, efficient, polite and hassle-free.
Of course, some passengers knowingly attempt to travel without a valid ticket. They’re a very small percentage, but it’s in the interests of everyone that we stop this from happening. We do this in a variety of ways – on board our trains, in our stations and behind the scenes. As a result, we’re looking for people who are friendly, assertive, perceptive and resilient to join us.
As part of the Revenue Protection team, you’ll receive specialist training in how to prevent, identify and deal with these situations – so that our customers can be confident they’re getting a fair and cost-efficient service.
